Want to Lose Weight & Feel Better?

Monday, February 9th, 2009

Hi,Before / After

If you’re overweight and struggling to lose excess pounds it’s NOT
YOUR FAULT!

The truth is... we’ve all been misled by the so-called experts! You
see, 99% of the “professional” weight loss techniques are DEAD WRONG!

In fact, many of them actually make you put on MORE weight making
it harder to shift those stubborn pounds!

For example, most weight loss “experts” will tell you to count
calories to lose those extra pounds.

What they DON’T tell you is that when you cut calories too much (by
starving yourself and skipping meals) you’ll quickly reach a dieting “plateau” (a point where the scale
refuses to budge any lower NO MATTER how little you’re eating).

WARNING: Just knowing this (and the info below) will help you shed
pounds and have your friends STALKING you for your secret.

Here’s something to think about …

If they’re jealously guarding this vital information from you, what
else are they hiding that will sabbotage your dreams of shedding
unsightly fat?

Plenty.

They don’t want you to know the right way to lose weight because if
they did, you’d never need to buy another “lose weight” product
again!

That little snippet of information I gave you was only a tiny
fraction of what is being exposed on this site

I have to tell you that I’m taking “heat” from the weight loss
industry right now… for revealing secrets like the one I just
shared with you.

But that was nothing! When they find out I’ve blown the whistle
about this site, I’ll get put under all kinds of pressure to stop.
And that’s why this controversial weight loss system could be
taken off the market at any minute,

See for yourself what all the fuss is about here:

Natural-Menopause-Relief-Secrets

Sunday, February 1st, 2009

Today I am going to give you a simple explanation of what
happens during menopause and the symptoms you’re likely to
experience.

- Menopause brings about change in all aspects of our lives:
physical, mental, emotional, and social changes.
- Menopause is officially diagnosed when you’ve not had a period
for 12 consecutive months although many people consider the years
leading up to menopause to be “going through menopause.” This
transitionary period is known as peri or pre menopause.
- Menopause occurs when there is a reduction in estrogen and
progesterone hormones. Eventually, the production of eggs stops and
you will no longer require a period to flush out unfertilized eggs.
This is a slow process that can take several years.

- Here are some of the most common symtoms of perimenopause:

* Hot flashes
* Insomnia
* Night sweats
* Memory loss/loss of concentration
* Headaches and migraines
* Fatigue
* Vaginal dryness and itching
* Urinary or bladder problems
* Heavy or irregular bleeding
* Breast tenderness

You’ll probably find you have some, or maybe, all of these
symptoms, with some days being worse than others.

During the first few years of perimenopause it’s common to have
only mild and infrequent symptoms. However as time goes on the
symptoms tend to increase in both severity and frequency.

The good news is that you can do something to address these
unpleasant side effects of what is a very natural process.
